This series of black and white acrylic and charcoal drawings documents moments of internal confusion, dishonesty, or emotional pain.  The style is inspired by silent movies, film noir, traditional genre paintings and the drawings of great caricaturists, especially Honoré Daumier.  They provide a detailed, particular chronicle of the times, while exploring universal conditions of alienation.
